'Featuring Any Age Activewear! Feel great with this full body toning and strengthening barre workout. These exercises are all low impact and designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles.  We will pack a lot into this 30 minute fun barre workout that is to the beat of the music! You will need a chair to serve as your \"barre\" or base of support. Also grab some light hand weights.  I\'m using 3 pounds in this workout. Any weight between 1-3 would serve as good resistance. You can also use a few water bottles or canned goods if you don’t have any dumbbells. We will complete this workout on the mat / floor with abdominal exercises and some well-deserved stretching. Thanks for working out with me!
